Tangled Webs Part 2

Posted in Small Business Stuff by goeasywriter on September 25, 2007

OK…it might’ve taken me more than a week. How did September turn in to such a busy month?
There are three main elements to a web’s viability:
1.) Fortitude. Web material is incredibly strong for its size. Once an insect is wrapped up in the strands, it’s good and stuck there. So what does this mean to you as a small business? It means…how’s your follow-up? Do you let one-time clients just walk away? Or are they stuck with you for good?
2.) Flexibility. A web’s flexibility is a major component of its durability. No matter what type of services or products you provide, the need for them is changing. The marketplace is changing. The consumer is…you guessed it…changing. Do you do business yoga? Can next year’s marketing plan do downward-dog? Are you flexible enough to change with the tides?
3.) Fang. It’s no good getting them into the web if you can’t then liquefy their insides. Does your business have the bite to keep your clients all a quiver?
More on all this when September slows down. In the meantime…keep ‘em quivering.
